unprofessional
Nurse Riedinger seems to be highly invested in obstructing or preventing medical care, and she's rude, loud and obnoxious. She billed my insurance for my annual wellness exam without doing any exam at all. The insurance paid her even though I told them she didn't do any exam at all. So, if I try to get that done with a real medical professional, they won't pay for it again, because it's a once-a-year benefit. I would call her a heifer but then I would have to apologize to heifers everywhere for insulting heifers.
