It's very hard to find a dr that believes my pain is real , I have a horrible brain disease where my brain makes to much fluid and puts pressure on my brain, and because it's rare drs don't know much about it . She took the time to understand and went out of the box to figure out my health. She never rushed me , she was a real dr and didn't treat me like just a heard of cattle , in and out, like most drs. I highly recommend her but she was going to holistic medicine and that's what I want to do but can't find her anywhere and I'm so bummed.

She is very intelligent and a great diagnostician.

Melissa Ritchie is the most unprofessional and negligent doctor that I have had in the last 20 years. My birth control that she prescribed to me was not working adequately for me several years ago, so she said she'd switch me to a newer, better formula. I have been taking this new birth control for the last 4 years, and yesterday when I went to pick up my prescription, I realized when I got home that it was the older birth control that I used to be prescribed. When I called the pharmacy to see what happened, they told me it was the same birth control that I always get, just in different packaging! So Melissa gave me a prescription for the same medication, for an increased price, under the guise that it is completely different than what I was originally given. Ritchie should have her medical degree and license taken away from such raw negligence. Will not be going back.

Wow!!! I had a new patient appt today and was very nervous as I have not been to a primary care dr in 10 yrs. Melissa was very patient, a great listener, and took all of the steps to put me at ease and work on finding solutions to my health issues. I am truly thankful for her and the team. The front office staff was great too. I read some bad reviews and I'm glad I formed my own opinion and didn't let it sway me from doing what needed to be done!! Thank you :)

Melissa has been my family practitioner for 3 + years.. Not only does she take care of my annual routine medical needs in a perfect manner, she has performed biopsies, lung performance tests and numerous other procedures. All of which were warranted resulting in correct diagnosis on her part ...I am totally satisfied with the cleanliness, care, concern and compassion that I have received from her entire staff.. The referral specialists she recommended for me have been brilliant.. THANKS MELISSA

Based on personal experience, and in my opinion, she has poor judgement when assessing the severity of a patient's condition.
