Melissa Quandt, RN

I wanted to see a doctor for a physical. I called to schedule with Melissa in June of 2023. I got an appointment for July. A day before the appointment, it was canceled and rescheduled for November. A couple of days before the November appointment , it was canceled and rescheduled for January 2024. That appointment was canceled. I did not reschedule. I called the scheduling at Aurora and explained my situation. I was told that someone from Melissa’s office would call me back within 1-3 day.s. That was three weeks ago. I have not heard from them. I am done trying to schedule with Melissa or Aurora. I am just upset that I wasted 7 months thinking I had an appointment. What a waste of my time!

I have never visited a physician who treated me so poorly in my life. While I advised her that I was not interested in participating in any studies she still pushed them and shared my personal information with clinics without my permission. After this experience I'm done with Aurora despite the 20+ year relationship I've had with them.
