Charges for full session even if she's 20 min late

Telehealth

Melissa was 20 minutes late to my session due to technical issues on her side. She ended the session at the regular time, so I didn't have a full session. Regardless, she charged me for a full session, and when I pushed back saying that this was unreasonable, she said that 'we did have a session, so there would be a charge.' If only I had logged off at the 15-minute mark. The whole experience left me very upset and frustrated.
