Had surgery with Dr. Brecht, fractured my femur and had 3 screws put in through, to my hip in July. 2 follow ups with Melissa, telling me after “reading X-ray” I had bone growth and continue working through pain at therapy, that the pain I’m feeling is just scar tissue. 2 other surgeon opinions later at other places only to find after getting a cat scan elsewhere, screw have settled, I have zero bone growth since surgery and the vessel died, now need a hip replacement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting a second opinion. If you are dealing with Melissa and Dr. Brecht.

If you have health problems related to joints, avoid this PA-C. Go for a real doctor.She is not going to make you feel better.
