Missy is the best. I feel like she knows me and what's working or not working for me plus, she is cheering me on toward improvements in my health. I did what she recommended over the last 6 months to great results. It was nice to get a high-five today (I actually got 2 high-fives). I highly recommend her.

For the last few years I have been treated by Melissa McClenahan for the typical issues we older gentlemen develop as we age. She is so comfortable to talk to, and I feel like she really listens to me. I feel I can discuss anything with her regarding my medical problems. She is so bright, friendly and optimistic, with encouraging and positive objective solutions, that I leave the visits feeling confident that I have received excellent care.

She listen to me, understood my situation. Took time to understand my struggles and figured out how to support my path to feeling better. I didn’t feel judged and she didn’t talk down to me like I was stupid. I really appreciated her mannerisms. I truly felt good after this appointment, I don’t normally and have learned not to trust docter’s for they are hurried, and sometimes act like they are better than the PPL they promised to help. I have seen Melissa McClenahan only on one occasion. She was very professional, and courteous. She made me feel at ease, and explains everything where I could understand it. She did not rush, and made sure I did not have any unanswered questions.

It's always an incredibly efficient, professional and friendly experience when I have an appointment with Melissa. She has always been able to deftly breach the potential awkwardness that might otherwise accompany discussing urological, sexual and reproductive issues between a male patient and a female healthcare professional and I'm able to fully open up and discuss any issues I'm having with her without feeling embarrassed or weird. She also takes all the time we need to talk about my issues and never seems rushed or in a hurry to get me out the door. I could go to the VA for my issues, but I choose to go to her instead for all these reasons.

Missy was great! She took her time and asked me questions and listened to my, somewhat, weird descriptions. Plus, even though she thought that one of my ideas probably wasn't the case, she still took the time to look into it as a 'just in case'.She is very personable and I would recommend her to anyone.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful which is great when you're feeling a little trepidation at being there in the first place.
