Melissa is a very sweet person with a pleasant demeanor which makes her very easy to talk to. When you are with her, it is easy to feel like you are important to her. However, good luck reaching her, or getting her to return your phone call or that of an associate provider once you have left her office. She often loses sight of patient goals and is quite complacent once she gets to know you. Melissa has potential to be a great therapist but unfortunately, this is a just a job to her.
