I have seen Melissa since November of 2017. Melissa has helped me so much. She is able to explain and help me understand things in ways that 28 years of counseling never achieved. Melissa doesn't give you the answers. She shows you how to figure them out. With her help I have taken 1 Ativan in three months. Melissa is working with me on CBT skills. Initially Melissa seemed kind, caring and very helpful navigating health systems. Later she began to be dogmatic and inflexible. I have Transient Global Amnesia and blacked out for 3 hours on my way to my session (20 min. Drive). She would not return my tests. I am disabled and many people see me as angry. I am. It is not a choice.
