I have spoken to a malpractice lawyer after my GP recommended it. I have enough evidence to sue Dr. Klein, but I do not think she is worth the effort. I do not recommend her at all. After switching to a different doctor, I moved forward in less than three months after working with her, unsuccessfully, for years. She often ends appointments early, and would complain about needing to pick up soda for a party during an eating disorder appointment. That is not the evidence needed to sue of course, but if you or a family member wants help - do not waste your money.
