I work in a professional capacity and I would not hire her in my home to water my houseplants. I have never before talked to a therapist of all people and had them not even listen to what I was saying to them. At one point it literally went, me: "I have not gone to therapy before." Her: "Well, like, since you've been to therapy." That for 10 minutes after it took her 15 minutes to connect online and kept telling me to try when it was her. Have I mentioned how many times she says "like"? This was the worst experience I have had trying to get myself some help. She was checked out.
