Melissa is nice, I'll give her that. But I have PCOS and Hypothyroidism. I saw her as a last resort as nothing that had worked for me in the past was working anymore to keep weight off. Her advice was OK, but her plan for me had me eating MORE food than I typically am able to--she said it wasn't about the calories, it was about the macros. Well, two months of her plan and I gained eight pounds. It took me another year after I stopped her service to rebalance. On top of it, I was really annoyed when I found out she automatically deducted another month's payment without asking me. I never signed for auto payments and had planned to stop services before that. I got no notice, just saw it on my credit card. When I'd ask for receipts, I got attitude and had to wait. All around left very unsatisfied and unhappy.
