Very poor attention to detail
Prescription errors made, lab orders never sent, directed me to another doctor's office to get lab work done (who does this??), most recently I had an appointment for her to call me after I told her I was having shortness of breath. She never called. When I confronted her about it, she admitted she "forgot"....her words. I will NOT be continuing with her as my primary care.

The most thorough wellness exam I’ve had in awhile. She listens and took her time to explain everything. I am very pleased with my care and would recommend Melissa to anyone.

Melissa is a wonderful FNP. She is kind, listen wells and cares very much about getting to the root cause of an issue. My wellness exam with her was illuminating and dare I say...enjoyable.
