Since the Junction/Masonboro Convenient Care (Wilmington Health) facility is near my home, I went for treatment a few days ago, was examined by Melissa Farrow, PA-C, after a very short wait time. My left eye was extremely blood shot, sore, obviously infected, & swollen. After a careful & thorough exam, Melissa quickly diagnosed the condition as a bacterial infection; thus prescribing eye drops & an antibiotic. She related that the infection should clear up in a few days, telling me what to expect and carefully explaining the at-home treatment. Well, it was almost perfectly clear and back to normal after just 2 days - - so I consider Melissa Farrow a miracle worker.......she's caring, warm, welcoming, and friendly; yet totally professional. She is outstanding, pinpointing my eye problem quickly and without reservation. Every caregiver and/or patient needs a "Melissa" in their lives. I simply cannot say enough good things about her!! She's the very best. Thank you, Melissa!!!

My child and I saw Ms. Farrow this a.m. She was friendly and very competent, as was Tonya LPN and Debra at the front desk. We are very grateful that providers of this caliber are available on the weekend to see a sick child! Thank you

Melissa was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was in and out of urgent care in less than an hour. Would highly recommend to others!

I came the office as a new patient in severe respiratory distress. She assessed me quickly and immediately helped me get out of distress. I left feeling much better and a clear plan for what I needed to do next. As a side note... she was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return for any future health needs. The check in lady and Melissa's nurse Tanya were excellent! Thank all of you for helping me today.

Melissa Farrow was very professional but friendly and personable so as to put me at ease. She went above and beyond to see that I got the best medical care for my particular situation. the rest of the staff also did an outstanding job..

Been there a few times and the wait times are hit or miss, luckily you can always go on their website as they update their wait times every hour. Overall the staff was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to my issues. I felt very comfortable and welcomed within their care and will definitely be back if I have another issue and can't get an appointment with my provider. The only down side is they don't do follow ups so have to see your main provider for anything further.

Melissa was very kind and attentive to me when I was there for a cough. She did a thorough exam and answered my questions. The staff was great, too!! The walk-in clinic was busy but I thought my wait was worth it. Great place to go for minor issues. I believe they do sutures and splinting there as well.

Dr. Farrow listed closely to me regarding my symptoms and provided concise directions regarding the nature of the injury and steps to the healing process. I will recommend her to friends based on my recent visit where I was provided care that I would describe as efficient and excellent.
