Not very helpful.
Therapist didn’t seem knowledgeable about how to help me because she only gave me 1-2 simple exercises to do for my shoulder following surgery. I could’ve done the same exact stuff at home. Not very helpful.

Melissa helped me with PT after shoulder surgery. Although I was in pain at first I followed her instructions and did the excercises prescribed. I have no pain whatsoever. She is very knowledgeable, kind and I'd highly recommend this practice to my family and friends.
