Very knowledgeable
Melissa took her time to explain steps to be taken. We asked questions and she replied taking her time to explain in detail so that my 19 year old daughter and I could understand. Already recommended her to family and friends. We were very happy with her and the nurse assistant that came in before her.

Bad service and terrible doctor
You make an appointment with her and it's someone else who takes care of you. Since May I've made room for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and they cancel it 5 days before because they realized that the doctor is not going to be there that day. They are super irresponsible and don't they are interested in the patients' time lost both in the office and in the work of us patients.
