SO far it has been very bad! She was supposed to call my husbands new blood pressure meds in to the pharmacy and never did!! After realizing the pharmacy did not have the RX we called the office and left multiple messages. I even call the scheduler, just so I could talk to a human being and she said I sent a message to her, which she never responded to. This is very frustrating as high blood pressure is not something to take lightly. I suppose if we don't hear back soon, it will be another ER visit! Not happy at all!!!!
