My teen daughter started to make vague suicidal statements. I called Dr. Melinda and she was able to get us in that same day. Dr. Melinda was patient, kind, and compassionate. She spent over two hours with us. By the end of the session, my daughter was feeling more hopeful and less depressed, and I was feeling relieved. I would strongly recommend Dr. Melinda if you or your child needs therapy.

I have battled depression for most of my adult life. I have received treatment from at least thirteen therapists. Dr. Nielsen is the first psychologist who truly helped me to decrease my depression. She really goes above and beyond (e.g., spends more than an hour with me when needed, responds to phone calls at night and on week-ends) for all of her patients! Thank-you!!!
