I would definitely recommend Dr. Hicks, especially to contact lens wearers. My vision is poor, severely near sighted. She has worked with me to get contacts that allow easy daily living, glasses that let me work at the computer without eye fatigue and a pair of glasses that make reading fun again. Okay, I will admit that sometimes her office staff is a little cranky, but I can deal with that. I have never discussed it with Dr. Hicks so it must not be that important.

Dr. Hicks is a wonderful optometrist. However, I do not recommend going to Horizon Vision Center. I ordered a certain pair of contact lenses and received the wrong one in the mail. I was not permitted a refund on these contact lenses even though I was sent the wrong type of lenses. More so, staff was rather rude and said that they were going out of their way to help me on this matter, but would not admit to their error and we're trying to blame me for this situation.
