Melinda Hawley, FNP-C

I was scheduled to see Melinda and I was 7 minutes late which I did reply to the reminder text letting them know. As soon as I walked in, she was in the waiting room and yelled at me that I was 7 minutes late when I apologized for being a few minutes late. I understand them not being happy that I was late but to be rude and yell at a new patient crossed the line. She clearly has no people skills and I refuse to spend my money on a rude NP. When I was called back I asked if the woman who yelled at me was the person I was seeing. When they said yes, I said I won’t be coming back, I’m not going to be spoken to like that. They asked if I just wanted to leave today and I walked out. The receptionist and the girl who took me back were nice but avoid Melinda at all costs if you can.
