Such a wonderful Physicians Assistant
I went to Dr. Jacob with severe pain in my hip area that was radiating down my right leg. He was quick to order an MRI and offered care and concern until the imaging was complete. I was diagnosed with two severely herniated discs in my lower back. Dr. Jacob and staff called me everyday to ensure they were doing everything they could to provide the relief I desperately needed. Dr. Jacob truly treated me with dignity and respect. He was legitimately concerned for me and I felt as if he cared. This Dr. Office is a busy one. For any PA to call/video conference/ etc. so often, just solidified my respect for every staff member working in the facility. Thank you, Dr. Jacob. It is due to your concern, empathy and rigorous pursuit of my wellbeing that I am on the road to being whole.
