Very rude, simple-minded and foul woman. I have no idea why she is in healthcare or how she gets hired. She needs therapy WAY more than she needs a job.

Absolutely the best Dr. In the area she takes the time to listen and discuss my issues giving the CORRECT diagnosis and treatment. She makes you feel as if you are the only patient rather then rushing through the apointment and barely listening like so many other Dr's. who never do more than prescribe a pill that doesnt work. If you want real medical help Dr. Melanie is your best bet

If I could give her zero stars I would! She is rude, insulting, condescending, doesn't listen, spends NO time getting to know patients, not a minute (and apparently not their charts, either)! She is very ignorant about conditions and gets feisty with her patients. I had to switch doctors after being with that clinic for 10 years. DO NOT see her if you have ANYTHING wrong with you, or need care. She has no compassion, or sympathy! Cold as ice, no joke! Disregards test results, like MRI's, etc.

Horrible experience. Met her once and that was enough for me. Within less that a minute(not an exaggeration) she decided to cancel on of my medications and then lower the quantity of my other, while also cutting the dose in half! She showed no interest in my conditions and if anything treated me like I was lying. She asked for documentation, and when I offeed it she just dismissed me. Argumenative, bad attitude, no people skills, bad. My family has been forced change drs. BEWARE!
