The way she speaks to people is disgraceful. I have previously been a patient of this facility but after witnessing such rude behavior and talking down to to another patient for a simple mistake, I will never return. Find yourself a doctor or NP who respects others and themselves more than this despicable human.

She found lumps on my thyroid when the numerous other drs I see failed to.. I love Melanie and express med. They are very thorough
