My 92 year old mother and I both see Meghan. My mother is in a wheel chair so they let her come with me. They give my Mom the loving attention a 92 year old needs. She and Jennifer are awesome. So caring and make you feel like family. The office staff are also very kind and very efficient.

We love Meghan Martin
My husband and I both need pain management for different reasons. Fortunately for us we are able to see Ms. Martin and Dr. Vanbrocklin. They are extremely caring, knowledgeable and efficient. We've received very kind and compassionate care. We highly recommend them. Side note: keep in mind they have laws and guidelines that they have to work within. They don't play so don't 'doctor shop' with them.

Horrible attitude and unprofessional communication
I’ve had over 4-5 encounters with Meghan Martin during my appointments and though the first and second went well it went down hill from there. I attempted to express my disappointment with procedure scheduling issues and Insurance responses from the office and Meghan became Rude, Short, and beyond unprofessional. She shows no empathy and even hostile at one point she actually kicked me out of the exam room because I requested a refund on my $60 copay’s after I paid for two pre procedure appointments and they cancelled my procedures twice. Meghan yelled at me in front of the receptionists and patients as I left. “Try to collect that money from accounting!” Embarrassing meMeghan’s identity card claims “She knows every patient is unique and should play an active roll in developing a plan of care that helps them maintain their pain.” But from my experience that means ONLY if it’s her plan the patient agrees with. She’s completely arrogant and unprofessional and that’s to put it lightly.

She had limited medical knowledge confusing the brachial plexus nerves for the ulnar nerve. She also admitted not knowing how to properly fill out the insurance authorization paperwork. As she put she wasn't sure if she know how to dot every I and cross every t. Since the first paperwork sent in was incomplete and the request for additional information was never answered by the office my first authorization was voided after 30 days (not denied). Since she wasn't competent in filling out the forms properly or even understood some basic things going on medically and what you do diagnostically to rule things out which is why my specialist sent me there I decided to go elsewhere. I had to laugh once I got in elevator, some people dont have a clue.
