Meghan was very helpful and knowledgable
I had a physical therapy session with Meghan on 05/05/22. She listened to me attentively and asked smart questions to understand what types of exercises I need. She analyzed my current strength for a baseline and asked me to do different exercises to strengthen my legs and glutes muscles. She also added them to medbridge app, so I can follow along the videos and scheduled me for the next appointment after a month for analyzing my progress. Meghan seemed very knowledgable about her profession and I was impressed with her attentive listening skills and then transferring that info into what exercises can benefit me. I would definitely recommend her for your physical therapy session.
