Grossly unprofessional
The worst healthcare professional I ever encountered! I am very embarrassed. She examined me a few weeks ago and requested my sleep record to confirm ESS scores. The required record with the score was faxed to her. I called to confirm receipt. It was received. Then, day after day I called to request next step. Three times, I was promised by the front desk that she would call me back. She never did. The last time, I demanded to speak to an office manager, but got frozen on the phone line as none showed up. It occurred to me that no one cares at Sleep center of Middle TN. All but scam. Meghan should not even be near patients. She has no care nor compassion for patients. All my career had been in healthcare industries and my twin brother is a medical doctor, my wife PharmD, so is my daughter and the rest of my family are enveloped in healthcare industries. Meghan, grow up, ethical, and compassionate.
