Megan Novikoff, PA

Let's just say I've had too many not-so-great experiences with healthcare providers in southwest New Mexico. It's more than a little ridiculous. Megan is the 6th or 7th person I've seen in the last several years and I hope I never have to reestablish with another provider. Megan consistently gives above average care. She listens to me, responds appropriately - showing that she has listened and cares, never rushes me and is the best provider I've ever had in terms of communication via messages on the Patient Portal. She personally calls me with lab results and even took the time to print out some information about a health condition and mail it to me. She is solution oriented and doesn't try to just pass me off to a specialist. At the same time, she's more than willing to provide a referral when I need one and includes me in the decision making process. She is an absolute treasure and has improved my healthcare experience in my town dramatically!
