So one person comes in and tells me my hearing is fine both of my ears are good that they only test one of my ears dropping equipment on the floor I had to ask for the check to be changed. Then the other practitioner comes in and tells me both my ears have been tested at that point in time I said no they have not after they drop the equipment on the floor and left with my paperwork they never test it the other ear. I'm told they may never get my hearing back then they shut off my appointment for up to 4 weeks. If it's so serious why couldn't they be prepared to treat me. Is it a bait and switch get me in so they can have me established. Then they lose my paperwork and I happen to be what appeared to be the only patient around within sight how could they be so incompetent terrible staff
