Not worth the time
Seemed really distracted during sessions by constantly slurping on a drink and by her dog. She would repeat the same things and ask the same questions during each session (probably because she didn’t take notes or really seem engaged). She showed up over 10 minutes late to sessions and often would cut sessions short.

Harmed, didn't help.
Absolutely awful, she was constantly invalidating and scolding. Not trauma or eating disorder informed at all.

It was during her first year of practice and she may have improved. The therapist told me that we pick our parents. I was severely abused by my parents as a a child. It felt like she was telling me I asked to be severely abused. I left, but wish I left sooner.
