Dr. Megan Crowell, OD

Dr Crowell has suddenly quit not once but twice without concern for her patients. She was working to help with my dry eye syndrome and seemed very helpful at first. Then suddenly I wasn't getting as much help and the week I was supposed to be getting punctal plugs I received a call that the plugs weren't in yet. This appointment was scheduled a month in advance. The appointment was rescheduled and two days later I was told she was no longer with the practice. She just doesn't seem to be a doctor to be counted on. I should have moved on after she quit right before my appointment the first time!

Very poor “bedside” manner. She basically laughed at my daughter. She treated us like we were not deserving to be in her presence. What a terrible person with a medical license.
