Dismissive and Withholding Care
Issue with a prescription they prescribed, but they refused to even answer simple questions, repeatedly pasting the same text as a response: a list phone numbers to other offices they do not work at! They insist I schedule another appointment for the same issue they saw in person a few months ago, and when asked why - their response was to ignore the question, but paste the same information again and block replies.
