Unprofessional, Unpersonable, and poor patient care. I was suppose to get a cat scan required for my symptoms/diagnosis and this person failed to set up the approvals, I was wrongfully told by her that my insurance did not approve the test, however it did and during that time the year ended but I had already met my deductible. I am out 3,000 dollars and still having symptoms and still need the ct scan!! I would never recommend this irresponsible nurse to anyone.
