Trying to get ahold of Dr. King is nearly impossible. She doesn’t respond to emails sent to either address, nor is she reachable by telephone. (The phone number listed on her website and other places is a working number, but is answered by “hold music“ with no greeting, and no opportunity to leave a voicemail.

I had a very heavy heart and was completely overwhelmed with grief, guilt, and regret from the loss of my pet. I was also dealing with the tremendous stress of caring for my mom who has dementia. After just one session with Dr King, my heart felt lighter. It's hard to find someone who truly understands the bond a person can have with a pet, and the very real grief they experience after loss. Dr King understands. I look forward to working with her for all of my mental health needs.
