Complete Tool
Simon is a tool. He substantiates the prevailing narrative, while ignoring collateral witnesses that contradict the intended outcome. He likes to show off his expensive sports car in your driveway, while he is billing you for his time. His writing is horrible. He could not pass a 4th grade pop quiz on the correct use of a comma. His billing process is even worse. He bills his hours using a Word document that frequently contains math errors. He obstructs the process when asked to substantiate his report with notes and data, for fear that his work might get exposed to daylight. Complete charlatan!

Look no further than Doctor Simon
Doctor Simon is a highly professional individual. His work ethic, together with his many years of experience is a testament to how other therapists should treat their clients. He is extremely patient in dealing with a range of problems, in my case, a high conflict divorce which led to severe parental alienation. Doctor Simon was our therapist in a time of crisis. He conducts his sessions in a professional manner, and is able to guide in situations as needed. He is a fair, open and honest therapist. Doctor Simon remains neutral in his sessions so that sensitive discussions amongst his clients are able to take place. Not only this, but he accepted my insurance which is not readily accepted everywhere. Without his willingness to do this, I would not have been able to afford his services. If you are seeking professional help in a calm and peaceful setting, I suggest Doctor Simon. He is one in a million. Very knowledgeable and organized, it was a pleasure to have met with him.

Stay away
Based upon my experience, Matthew Simon either is unable to read a psychological evaluation correctly (confusing commonly found psychological traits with serious disorders) or is unethical in his reading of said reports. For example, more experienced and skilled professionals reviewed his interpretation of reports and Matthew Simon's POV was deemed full of errors and of great concern. Whether inept or unethical (or both), unfounded mental health claims are used as a weapon in the hands of Matthew Simon to further his own agenda. It is well known that Matthew Simon passes families in crisis back and forth between his close colleagues, benefiting each other financially, leaving positive reviews for each other, and causing much harm to many. If he sides with you in court proceedings, it won't be because of facts, findings, honesty, best practices, or peer-reviewed research. If these things matter, stay far away.

Unprofessional, negligent and rude.
Charged thousands of dollars up front, then was unavailable, NEGLIGENT, screwed up my child's Conner evaluation, which he claims to be an expert at, and then wanted to get paid double. Stay away from this impostor he will help ruin you family and children.

"Exceptional provider and works in the Florida court system. Did nothing but his job and if not for him I would not have my children back as he was able to expose what was being done to me by my former spouse. Can't thank him enough for standing up to the truth and the abuse I was subjected to. "

Horrible, I agree with other reviews
Horrible attitude, and there is nobody in the office to answer. Dr. Somon is challenging and difficult to deal with and refuses to provide the records. He did not provide proper treatment for my son. If you are looking for a quality provider with a positive outcome, please look further, don't waste time on him. That is a waste of funds and especially time and conditions deteriorated.

Reliable dr and staff
He is reliable, always makes sure my meds are working and called in on time. Also affordable which can be hard to find. His office staff is top notch and sorts out any issues I've had with the pharmacy or insurance company. Not every psychiatrist will work for every person, different people have different expectations from a doctor. But so far he has met my expectations as well as his office staff, I would say give him a try he might be the right one for you.

I saw him 9 times. I had never been to a psychologist in my adult life before, so the process was a relief to get things off my chest. That is why I continued to go. But along the way, I noticed he would not remember obvious details of previous visits, giving me the clear impression that he wasn't really paying much attention to what I was saying each session. Also, he would call me into the sessions 5 or 10 minutes late, then end the sessions 10 minutes early. Also, he and I also agreed on a specific price for a test he performed, then charged my credit card for $500 more than the price we agreed upon. I brought that to his attention and he refunded the overpayment. Once I thought more about all of these experiences, that I had made note of in my subconscious mind, I realized I was wasting my time and money seeing him.

Dr Simon is extremely knowledgeable, proactive and more than helped my son with autism not only Navigate but enjoy his high school experience. Dr Simon conducted educational/psych testing to permit my son time and a half from college board for his SAT/ACT tests and AP Tests which wouldn’t have happened without his help. He’s reasonably priced for his experience and I trust his judgment, having worked with many psychologists over the years. He’s empathetic and Is a staunch supporter of the patient, and Works with the whole family to best serve the patient. He develops a great relationship with these kids. 5 stars!

Dr. Simon was the first medical professional to take the time to explain everything to me about my child's condition instead of pushing medication. I am extremely grateful for him and his staff.

Dr. Simon is an amazing psychologist! He really cares about the kids and families he treats. I am fighting with my former husband in a super high conflict divorce and Dr. Simon has been there to help me have a strong relationship with my daughter. He cares so much and it’s amazing how he deals with all of the anger with respect and compassion. I am so grateful he is in my daughter’s corner, and mine! We would not be where we are today without Dr. Simon!

Dr. Simon is very unprofessional! He never gave us our full hour, sometimes only 30 mins. Cursed in front of my daughter and made things in our family 100% worse than they were coming into therapy. He doesn’t let you talk and doesn’t remember previous sessions that took place. He talks about his family when the session should be spent on the patient and progressing. He made co-parenting impossible with statements in emails that were completely inaccurate. I thought this Doctor was going to help.
