Was having a nagging knee problem. Took x-rays and noticed my knee caps did not track properly. Explained to me what was likely causing the inflammation/pain and recommended a few sessions of physical therapy to develop an exercise plan to strengthen muscles around the knees to prevent future problems. Was in and out in less that 30 minutes including x-rays.

Dr Scheidenhelm and his staff have been excellent in all my experiences with two different needed procedures. I have had a successful repair of my right knee last year and a complete knee replacement of my left knee that was beyond repairing. Both the doctor and his staff have been resposive to my needs and all questions throughout these procedures. I would definately recommend Dr Matt Scheidenhelm to my family and friends and have nothing negative at all to say. I only have gratitude for the true care and professionalism he and his staff have provided during both procedures, and reviewing all options with me prior to deciding on the final procedure. His bedside manner in the hospital itself showed me he truly has compassion for his patients and offered encouragement with an appropriate sense of humor for each encounter. I thank Matt for all he has done for the improvement of my heath and correct management of pain.

I am extremely grateful to Matthew Scheidenhelm for all he has done to help me during my post-op knee surgery visits. My other knee which was replaced a few years before began to really hurt. The x-rays showed damage that needed to be addressed. He came in on a day he wasn’t scheduled in the office to make sure he could examine my knee and get the process towards finding out what was wrong started. I am so grateful to both him and his nurse Amanda. They definitely put patients first.
