After ignoring a decline in knee strength and poor balance, I went to Professional Physical Therapy and Training. Matthew assured me PT would help and there was no reason for me to give up activities I used to do. Matthew is an excellent diagnostician who diagnosed an underlying hip problem exacerbating my knee issues. Really appreciate at PPT & T the therapist stays with you the full hour. With my therapy I now have improved ability AND attitude. PPT&T is warm and welcoming. They really care about you. Highly recommend.
