Upon posting my 5 star review something happened and posted only 3 stars. No way to make a change.

Dr Matt clearly cares so much about his patients that he think took me by surprise. It’s hard to believe sometimes when people are friendly in this world and they genuinely care about you because you almost assume that that’s a false front. But from the minute I expressed my questions and he answered them and he describe them and he used so much visual and factual Science behind it. It just all started to make sense. I knew I was in the right hands and it was in efficient and incredibly life-changing experience. I’ve spent so much money so much time so much effort with little to no help. I have been sent from person to person to person from doctor to doctor the doctor. Dr Matt was so confident after our phone consult/zoom call, as was I by the way, I believe he normally takes a deposit over the phone. We’re on the website to make sure his people follow through. My jaw/headache /clicks issues were at least partially from all of the past work that these doctors insisted.Dr Matt fixed all

I've been seeing Dr. Matthew Germain for a few years and he is wonderful. I felt immediately comfortable at Back to Balance. Dr. Germain always takes the time to explain his recommended treatment plans for me and takes time to answer any questions I have. He is very in tune with overall health goals, and really does care about his patients' well-being. Not to mention he is the friendliest doctor I've ever encountered and so encouraging!

Dr Matt is so friendly and so knowledgable. Ive had neck problems for years and he's the only dr that's helped me. He goes above and beyond for his patients.
