I went to Dr. Fontaine for treatment of my trigger thumbs. I did not want to have surgery on both hands, so I opted for ART-Active Release Technique and Graston Technique. My thumbs were sticking and popping out of joint, and I can honestly say Dr. Fontaine has been able to break up some of the scar tissue, using both ART and Graston, so that my thumbs no longer pop out of joint, and they get stuck much less. Dr. Fontaine explained the therapy process very clearly and the inner working of my hand. He's very thorough and is about your overall body alignment. You will not be sorry if you seek Dr. Fontaine for treatment.

Dr. Fontaine is a rare find, he is the perfect mix of knowledge, experience, concern and passion. I started to go see Dr. Fontaine after a long time back injury had finally gotten the better of me. Having had back issues for 15 years and seeing numerous chiropractors, Dr. Fontaine was truly the first one who listened, examined and treated the root cause. He is true professional and will do whatever it takes to get you moving. I can't say enough great things, he is a pro!

Dr. Fontaine is awesome! I have been seeing him for about six months now for a shoulder injury sustained doing Cross-Fit. He has a vast knowledge of sports related injuries and interventions to rehab these injuries. Dr. Fontaine is an athlete himself and so offers great suggestions for working out in a safe/sustainable manner. His office is organized and well run. I highly recommend Dr. Fontaine.
