There was nothing special about him. The only noticeable characteristics were his arrogance and sense of self-importance and his dismissive attitude towards patients.

Unable to connect with patient. Provider was demeaning and insulting with basic lifestyle recommendations. I felt stereotyped and that my actual concern was disregarded.
