Rude and uncaring
I had come to the clinic about 3 weeks earlier to receive treatment. When I came back still not feeling well she immediately said to me 'we saw you already, we are not a follow up clinic, if your still not feeling well you should have followed up with your Dr. I don't know what else you think we can do for you.' Then she was done with my vitals and walked out of the room, I gathered my coat and left feeling stupid.

We've been waiting for IMPORTANT results for some time now...we finally and JUST LITERALLY got a call back; but they called the house phone. Tried picking it up but missed it - within 30 seconds we have BOTH been dillidently trying to call the office back, but they must've shut the phones down for the night...it is NOT acceptable to treat people this way...its COMMOM HUMAN COURTESTY that you CANNOT leave an important message and close shop 30 seconds later...you should be ashamed...
