Great meeting with Mary to assist with menu planning for diabetes. Mary provided realistic targets for number of carb for meals and snacks. I have been faithful for 2.5 months and lowered my A1C by 0.6 and lost over 20 pounds with little difficulty. Highly recommend Mary.
