I felt very comfortable with Ms. Word from the get go after my knee revision surgery! What a breath of fresh, kind, and professional air! So many medical professionals, these days, “AIR” are condescending, often rude, and unapproachable . She is the epitome of competent and considerate, with a down to earth willingness to answer your questions in a patient, un-rushed manner, giving you time to ask questions. It is so rare anymore. I have great confidence in her and Dr. Cummings especially in that they do not push outside therapy. That tells me this is will be an ongoing relationship where I am not just pushed off to another provider after my surgery. I hope that I am successful on my own and that their confidence in me is earned. I am thankful to have found these wonderful medical professionals and look forward to a successful knee revision recovery.
