Mary is a great therapist. She teaches you ways to manage difficult emotions & will hold you accountable for yourself. She is straight about things even when it isn’t what you want to hear. Some people may not appreciate that approach, but it was eye opening for me and helped me to change behaviors and thought patterns that I didn’t realize were unhealthy and making me unhappy. If you want to be coddled, find another therapist. If you’re ready to face yourself and work hard to make real changes, Mary is an amazing resource.

Mary is an amazing counselor. She is a strong, compassionate and understanding woman. She has an amazing knowledge base and provides you with numerous tools to help you resolve your personal struggles. She is not for the weak hearted, she will make you work hard by challenging and coaching you. She will guide you to be better to yourself.
