Mishandling patients
My wife was seen to take x-rays of her fractured arm/shoulder at IBJ a few months ago. The staff and the x-ray tech were terrible. They attempted to try to pull a fractured arm away from her body to get the 'best photo', instead of the agonizing pain and anguish of her yelling and telling them not to move it. Poor mishandling of a patient.
