I have never been a good therapy patient. I have had a hard time finding a therapist who I feel like talking to, or feel like it’s worth my time or (out of pocket) money to continue. Dr Mary Neal is the first therapist whom I look forward to seeing. I feel heard, understood, and guided. I value our sessions and highly recommend her if you are seeking a therapist.
