Refused to see me as a new patient for liability reasons because I had recently been on a plane (28yr old male with no chronic conditions). Instead told me to go to the ER, which would have costed me thousands. When I expressed reluctance to go to ER, she told me to go to an urgent care facility who would then likely refer me to get an MRI.... So because my issue might have been serious, this office suggested I get worse, more expensive care. Obviously doesn't have patients best interest.
