She is not interested in actually listening and therefore helping. She basically is only interested in billing your insurance. She comes across as very judgmental and as if you are wasting her time. She does not follow appropriate DSM timelines before diagnosing you. Again, it's all about the billing. Speaking of diagnosing you, she doesn't actually converse with you about what she believes you are struggling with, as a good doctor should, you just get to read about it in you EOB's. Nice.
