Very negative experience with this practitioner. Callous therapist. After a less-than-positive therapy session, she booked my appointment slot with someone else without informing me that it would be cancelled. I showed up the following week only to find someone else there for the same time. Therapist said she just assumed I wouldn't come (but never confirmed with me).
