Telehealth
Mary is incredible, but her office staff insists on using a long-outmoded legacy model for encrypted emails (that no other medical provider uses). While the idea is to follow HIPAA rules, these are so archaic that the bills are basically impossible to open, so you can't submit them to insurance. The office staff is completely un-helpful when it comes to these communications.
