very understanding of my medical issues. helpfull in reccomending diet modifications to help with my issues. positive attitude 90% of the time (we are all human)

I was a PT of Nurse Lanham for 3 years. I did enjoy going to nurse Lanham and always left feeling little bit more positive. After my last visit she was so rude to me, I was shocked. She brought me to tears! It was over my INS giving us the run around on not approving the PA for my RX. She also made a comment that If you are not happy here, go somewhere else. I'm taking her advice and have changed RA Drs. She did apologize to me, but the fiduciary relationship will not be the same.
