Mary was a cold midwife. I have never experienced such repeated bad experiences from one provider. She first put in my IUD, she was very judgmental and rude. She almost delivered my third child and my husband said 'oh my god, I hope she never comes back in here'. She was last minute switched as my provider for my third pregnancy prenatal visit. I was 12 weeks. There was no heartbeat. She told me I was early and to return in a few weeks. I asked for an ultrasound. She refused saying I was wrong on my dates and there was no need. I begged for an ultrasound and she told me fine I will order it but you need to schedule it yourself. I went straight to the ER and found out I had a missed miscarriage. Stay away from this provider. no heart. I love midwives so this is saddening she is In this profession.

Mary was very kind and welcoming and offered tips to help me with my first pregnancy.

She doesn't believe women and is clearly judgmental about women's certain pregnancy decisions. Acts like certain medical conditions regarding pregnancy aren't normal and don't happen and just says she doesn't know. Shows little expertise and is very rude and does not make the patient feel welcome at all.

Mary was nice however didn't introduce herself as she walked in the door. She also didn't believe me when I said I was almost 12 weeks. When she finally did the math and realized I actually was close to 12 weeks, she seemed surprised, as though she hadn't believed me when I told her. Also, when we first heard the heartbeat of our child, there wasn't much enthusiasm from her...it just seemed like she was going through the routine. When we left I thanked her but she didn't reply and no goodbye.
